The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is hosting this in-person event in Tampa, Fla., on April 24, 2024. Designed for bankers, the roundtable is intended to promote partnerships that support affordable housing and revitalization in Tampa. United Way Suncoast representatives will report on the housing affordability challenges facing low- to moderate-income families in Tampa. Community organization leaders will discuss their organizations’ housing and revitalization programs and partnership opportunities. Representatives of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency will provide an overview of how the Community Reinvestment Act considers bank activities that support affordable housing and revitalization. Invited attendees will include bankers and leaders of nonprofit and other organizations that serve low- to moderate-income communities in Tampa.
