10/17/2014 OCC 2014-51, Liquidity Coverage Ratio: Final Rule
On September 3, 2014, the OCC, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation issued a final rule that implements a quantitative liquidity requirement consistent with the liquidity coverage ratio established by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. The final rule is designed to strengthen the liquidity risk management of banks, savings associations, and bank holding companies.
