07/21/2014 OCC 2014-34, Prohibition Against Interstate Deposit Production: Annual Host State Loan-to-Deposit Ratios
The OCC, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation issued the host state loan-to-deposit ratios used to determine compliance with section 109 of the Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act.
