OTS Releases February Enforcement Statistics

WASHINGTON, D.C., March 23, 2000 – The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) reported today it completed one enforcement action in February 2000.

This brings to six the number of enforcement actions by OTS since January 1, 2000.

For the month of February there was:

1. Tracy Federal Bank, F.S.B., Tracy, Calif., effective Feb. 27, 2000.
