The Women's Network (TWN)
TWN fosters a work environment that attracts and retains women in the OCC by:
- Providing members with access to networking and mentoring opportunities and prepare them for advancement;
- Promoting retention of women by establishing a network to which members can turn for support and encouragement when they encounter workplace challenges;
- Serving as a resource to management by identifying and communicating issues that impair advancement, recruitment and retention of women;
- Increasing overall awareness and acceptance of affinity groups within the OCC.
