Banks & Hospital Partnerships to Increase Affordable Housing Roundtable

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation will host this event in Evansville, Ind., on May 22, 2024. This roundtable will provide an opportunity for bankers to learn about collaborating with hospitals and health systems to increase the supply of affordable housing in Evansville, Ind. Speakers will discuss the role of hospitals as not only anchor institutions but as community development partners working to improve the social determinants of health of low- to moderate-income residents. Presenters will provide case studies of bank investments in affordable housing initiatives seeded by hospitals. Speakers include representatives from the city of Evansville, local Community Development Financial Institutions, a hospital system, and lenders.
