Partnering for Success: CRA for Community-Based Organizations

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Pittsburgh Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland are cosponsoring a forum in Erie, Pa., on October 29, 2019. The forum will provide a review of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and discuss how community organizations can collaborate with banks on community development projects. The forum will feature a banker panel. Topics discussed will include an overview of the CRA, understanding the impact of bank performance context on CRA performance, the types of bank activities that qualify for CRA consideration, and strategies to develop successful partnerships with banks.
